The flat is located in an apartment building on the edge of Rostock city centre. This is a fully furnished and equipped flat with two separate bedrooms, one bathroom and kitchen. The flat is ideal for either a weekend trip or for a longer stay.

Equipment
In the two bedrooms is a total of five beds for up to five persons. The rooms are equipped with a wardrobe, a smart TV and a desk and chair. The kitchen is the heart of each home, where you can cook and eat together. It is equipped with a hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a kettle, a microwave, a coffee machine and all utensils for daily use. Guests can swap their daily experiences at the dining table. The bathroom offers a shower bath, a washbasin, a WC and storage space for your personal belongings. Utensils such as a cabinet, mirror, vanity mirror and hairdryer are also provided. A washing machine is at your disposal. Services and cleaning can be ordered separately in all the apartments. The basic equipment of the flat includes cleaning utensils and consumables. Each flat comes with an iron, an ironing board and a clothes drying rack. A bed linen package is provided for our guests on arrival and is included in the price. Utilities such as electricity, water and gas are included. WLAN is available free of charge. The flat is located on the 1st floor.
