Equipment
The apartment is located in an apartment building on the outskirts of Rostock’s city center and offers practical and comfortable accommodation for construction companies and contractors. It is a fully furnished and equipped apartment with two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, and a functional kitchenette located in the hallway.
The two bedrooms provide a total of four beds, accommodating up to four people. Each room is equipped with a bedside table, wardrobe, smart TV (for online services only), and a workspace with a chair, allowing you to relax after a long workday or take care of office tasks.
The kitchenette is ideal for preparing smaller meals. It is equipped with a two-zone cooktop, a microwave, a small refrigerator with freezer compartment, a kettle, a filter coffee machine, and the necessary utensils for everyday use. A sink for washing dishes is located in the bathroom.
The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. In addition, there is a cabinet, a mirror, and a hairdryer. A washing machine is available free of charge, allowing you to conveniently wash your work clothes on site.
The apartment also includes cleaning supplies and basic consumables. Each apartment is equipped with an iron, ironing board, and clothes drying rack. A laundry package (1 towel and 1 set of bed linen per guest) is provided upon arrival and is included in the price. Final cleaning is also included.
Free Wi-Fi is available, so you can stay connected after work. The apartment is located on the first floor and is therefore quick and easy to access.
