The flat is located in an apartment building on the edge of Rostock city centre. You can take a stroll in the city centre – just a few minutes’ walk away. The flat is ideal for either a weekend trip or for a longer stay. This is a fully furnished and equipped flat with two separate bedrooms, one bathroom and eat-in kitchen. In one bedroom there are two beds.

Equipment
Up to two people can stay here overnight. The beds can be placed together if necessary. This bedroom provides the access to the balcony. A place where you can create your day and then enjoy its ending. The second bedroom is equipped with a 160x200cm size bed. The eat-in kitchen features a sofa and smart TV, together with a kitchen unit and dining area for up to four people. The kitchen is the heart of each home, where you can cook and eat together. It is equipped with a hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a kettle, a microwave, a coffee machine and all utensils for daily use even a smart TV is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has been built to the latest standard. There you will find a shower, a WC, a washbasin, a hairdryer and a washing machine. Services and cleaning can be ordered separately in all the apartments. The basic equipment of the flat includes cleaning utensils and consumables. Each flat comes with an iron, an ironing board and a clothes drying rack. A bed linen package is provided for our guests on arrival and is included in the price. Utilities such as electricity, water and gas are included. WLAN is available free of charge.
