This accommodation offers you 3 flats with 2-4 bedrooms, which can be used as single or double rooms.
The building also has one single apartment and two double apartments, each equipped with a kitchenette, seating and single beds. The apartments have two bathrooms with WC and a separate shower for shared use on the corridors.
Equipment
All flats/apartments are provided with the same equipment. The floors are covered with high-quality vinyl design flooring in real wood look. The bright bedrooms are equipped with modern mattresses to offer you the restful sleep you need every day in order to start the day well.
Each room is equipped with a smart TV, enough storage space for clothes and a bedside table and a bedside lamp. The amenities included in the price include fast internet via wi-fi, cable TV, all utilities and final cleaning. The bed linen is also provided by us, but note that you must bring your own towels for this accommodation.
In the flats you will find customised kitchens that include a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, a fridge with freezer compartment and a washing machine. The apartments have a galley kitchen with fridge and hob. Both kitchens are fully equipped with: Glasses and cups, cutlery and cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave and kettle, plus chef's knives for cutting.
Location
Our accommodation in the Lokstedt district of Hamburg has good public transport connections. The nearest bus stop is just a 5-7 minute walk away.
Information
The flats / apartments let monthly are ideal for first-year students who have not yet found a flat or managers who are in the city on a temporary basis, but tradesmen, interns and all other newcomers to the Hanseatic city are also always most welcome.
